- We employ a full staff of trained Engineers for all our Technical services.
- Assists end-users in determining the proper application of bearing, bearing housings and its related components or equivalents in relation to their operation.
- Renders/supervises end-users in the proper installation of bearings, housings and other related products distributed by Bearing Center & Machinery, Inc. (BCMI).
- Upon request of end-users, check/evaluate and or analyze, probable causes of premature bearing failure and come up with recommendations or solutions to prevent recurrence of the same.
- Initiates evaluation on probable conversion from un-split to split bearing, whenever applicable or upon end-users request.
- Initiates promotion on special products, tools and equipment and other FAG precision maintenance tools.
- Conduct regular technical visit to end-user twice a month or whenever necessary.
- Conduct technical seminar upon end-user, with assistance/concurrence with BCMI Sales Representative.
- Coordinates/assists BCMI Sales personnel, whenever required, whatever technical assistance, which may be required on all bearing and other products.
- Initiates opportunities in acquiring new customers or clients.
- Performs other technical related duties in line with his job maybe assigned to him from time to time.
